Refund policy

We currently do not offer returns and refunds, but we are happy to assist with exchange in case of Damaged or Defective item received (with unboxing video proof).

Exchange Eligibility

To request an exchange, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video (from package opening to showing the issue).

Without an unboxing video, we won't be able to process damage claims, as it's required by courier partners.

Exchange Process:

  • Email us at info@jayithva.com with your order number and issue.
  • If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the product back.
  • Once we receive and inspect it, your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
  • The claim is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • No video proof is provided for damaged product claims.
